Hotel is just great, right at the outskirts of Krakow. Very neat and clean place. Nice cozy rooms, very comfortable beds with clean sheets and towels. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, there's always super polite and helpful. The restaurant there serves amazing food too. Views from the rooms are stunning. And the quality/service/price is just right. It's pretty cheap for the service they provide. I'm there pretty often due to work trips and I'm never changing hotels
We spent two nights at the accommodation in October for a weekend trip to Krakow.
The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the food was really delicious. Furthermore, reaching Krakow via public transport from the place was surprisingly easy.
Just minor improvement suggestions: there is no fridge in the room, and extra towel for the wellness session was not provided.
All in all, we really liked the place. If one wants to visit Krakow for a weekend, this accommodation is a quite good choice.
This Hotel is far beyond many well known hotels I got to visit around the world.
Area around Szary Residence is quiet and has a lot to offer. Fantastic, breath taking view from your room is way more attractive than any hotel in the city of Kraków. Worth the 20min drive to this amazing hill. The environment is outstanding with the spa, gym, playground for Kids. Every stuff working in this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful and attentive.
I addition you can have horseriding class which was really nice for begginer.
Strongly recommend this Place for parties, holidays or work stay. Is worth to visit.

Amazing place just outside Krakow.
Very welcoming, kind receptionist, comfortable beds and the perfect location to rest.
I was perfectly satisfied with the breakfast as well.
I couldn't recommend it more, the rooms, the breakfast, the scenery, all were absolutely wonderful. The staff is nice and helpful.

I have one remark, on your confirmation of an reservation is missing the adress of the hotel and the web-link. It would make it more userfriendly if you could add it.
Please don't take the 4 stars as a minus but as there is always space to improve, 5 stars would mean perfect.

We liked the place, quite, nice personal, good food, superb environment. Shall come back again.
The rooms are ok but no amenities whatsoever: missing fridge, shampoo and conditioner, etc.
No common spaces provided and customer service is missing empathy and flexibility!
I was there with family and friends for a wedding and they kicked us out of the barbecue house at 8pm when we asked to stay longer (paying, of course) and, even the place wasn’t reserve by other guests, they denied. We tried to bring the food served at the barbecue house (provided by the hotel) to the main restaurant (only common space open) and they denied as well.
